Gay Pastors Going Live

When I started this Church, in our GLBT community in Houston, it was only four or five members and we were meeting in random hotel conference rooms. I am so astonished that a little over a year later we have grown so much. We now have about 50 members and even more inquiring about our Church. This is truly God’s work being done at Through Him Fellowship. I see so many wounded and hurting people that need to be shown how God’s love can overcome all obstacles. During the next year our Church will continue to minister to those in need. We will also continue our volunteer work with such organizations as AIDS Houston, Child Trauma Academy, The Houston Food Bank, local orphanages, Breast Cancer awareness, local hospitals and nursing homes. Also we will continue to promote going green to protect our environment. We see so many issues and concerns in our city as well as our country that we feel so strongly about being involved with. Sometime within the next five years we plan on getting involved with missionary work in Africa and other under privileged countries that desperately need help. God grants each of us with wonderful gifts and seeing the less fortunate really puts our own lives in perspective on how wonderful our God is, and how we have to be share his joy and love with all of God’s people. I see wonderful things happening in our communities and want to be apart of the change. We need all the help we can get to support our community efforts. If you would like to support us online simply visit us online at: www.throughhimfellowship.org For all inquiries please respond via our website form or call the church office at: 713-880-0899 or 713-894-1852

Yours for GLBTS Community,
Pastor Ken E. Rushing
